Development services
Heybuild provides scoped website, software, AI integration, and ongoing development services. Submitting a project brief is an enquiry and does not create a paid engagement.
Scope, fees, and timelines
Each engagement requires a written proposal or agreement describing deliverables, fees, schedule, and revision limits. The USD 1,000, 2,000, and 3,000 packages are full one-time prices for the agreed scope, not deposits or subscriptions. Custom development fees can be entered in KRW. Pay only an agreed amount for an agreed scope; entering an amount does not define unlimited work. A budget selected in the enquiry form is a preference, not a quote. Third-party usage, hosting, and scope changes require a separate agreement.
Payments and invoices
Stripe processes card payments. We store project and payment references, amounts, currency, and payment status, not card numbers. Payments purchase Heybuild development services; they are not wallet balances and cannot be transferred to other users or withdrawn as cash. You can request an invoice during checkout and view the receipt or invoice in your private project workspace after Stripe confirms payment. Contact support for invoice corrections, cancellations, or refunds under your engagement terms. Your card issuer may apply cross-border or currency-conversion fees.
Ownership and handover
The signed engagement determines ownership and transfer of custom work after agreed payment. Third-party software, open-source components, and pre-existing materials remain subject to their own licenses. Handover contents are defined in the proposal.
Reviews, cancellation, and support
Review windows, included revisions, cancellation charges, refunds, and support periods are specified in the engagement before payment. Contact the studio before requesting changes or cancelling work so that we can confirm completed work and the next steps in writing.
Using the website
Provide accurate project and contact information, and share only materials you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access other clients' projects or interfere with the service. Preview projects on this website are labelled as samples and do not represent actual client contracts.
