About this notice
This notice explains how Heybuild handles information collected through project enquiries, development services, and the client workspace.
What we collect and why
When you submit a brief, we collect your name, email, optional company name, project description, references, budget range, timeline, language preference, and consent timestamp. We use these details to assess your request, contact you about the project, prepare proposals, and deliver agreed services.
Your browser and private project links
We save your language preference and unfinished brief in your browser. A saved project link lets you return to your client space. The link contains a private access key: anyone you share it with can view the project. Studio sign-in uses a short-lived, HTTP-only session cookie. We do not use advertising trackers.
Storage and access
Project records are stored on the service's configured server storage. Access is limited to studio operators and holders of a project's private link. We use service providers where necessary for hosting or delivery; any payment service is identified when a payment is offered. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal records in a project brief.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information while assessing the request and, if a project goes ahead, for the engagement and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the Heybuild contact information below. Clearing your browser data removes local drafts and saved links but does not delete a submitted project record.
